HE Mr. MAHMOUD ADEL

• Biography:

Mr. Mahmoud Adel heads STERN IP’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in Egypt which already is the mother firm of ADEL IP LTD, MA IP LTD, ASHRY&ADEL IP, MAHMOUD ADVOCATES LIMITED and STERN GLOBAL IP LTD. He has more than 12 years’ experience advising on global trademark and patent portfolio management, global brand protection, intellectual property enforcement, licensing and anti-counterfeiting matters. Mr. Mahmoud Adel has co-update the intellectual property law by supporting from the TM Office and some of local trademark attorneys in 2018. He registered as a lawyer in bar since 2006 and also registered as a trademark and patent attorney in ministry of Trade on 2008. He has Diploma in Judicial Sciences on 2010 and Diploma in Intellectual Property rights on 2012 and Diploma in General law 2014.

• Practice Focus:

Mr. Mahmoud Adel has worked extensively on matters relating to global trademark and design portfolio management and global brand protection. He also advises on worldwide corporate branding availability.

Mr. Mahmoud Adel is part of The Egyptian Patent Attorneys Organization and his firm is regarded as MEENA one of 10 largest Intellectual Property (IP) firm on the basis of market reach, wide range of IP services and professional employees.
