The Ministry of Economy reduced the official fees for IP matters in UAE. The decision was published in the official gazette on March 31, 2020, and entered into force on April 5, 2020. The reduction is for trademark registration fees, renewal fees, amendment of registration, assignment, filing opposition, attending hearing session etc. Attached herewith is our revised schedule of charges with reduced official fees for your reference.
